What Youll Do
- Be the face of the caf: Work closely with the Cook Resort Management and Group Food & Beverage Manager to deliver professionalism cleanliness and outstanding guest experiences every day.
- Lead from the front: Coordinate front-of-house oversee kitchen operations and manage your team with a hands-on approach.
- Mentor and inspire: Train develop and support your caf crew so they can shine.
- Jump in the kitchen: Prep and cook menu items when needed - no job too big or small!
- Roster like a pro: Ensure the caf is always humming with the right number of team members.
- Keep it smart: Control Cost of Sales and help the Park Management team stay within budget.
- Think big: Collaborate with management to create strategic plans that take our caf to the next level.
- Supplier superstar: Build and maintain positive relationships with our suppliers.
- Stay safe & compliant: Follow all Licensing Food Safety and OHS requirements.
- Create magic: Above all foster a positive dynamic culture where every day is memorable for both guests and the team!

What Youll Bring
- Hospitality hero: Experience managing or leading in a caf restaurant bar or kitchen.
- Culinary skills: Confident with food prep and cooking.
- Mixology & barista know-how: You can whip up a flat white or a cheeky mocktail with flair.
- Guest service legend: Outstanding communication and a genuine love for making people feel welcome.
- Team leader: Ability to relate to and guide people at all levels of experience.
- Bonus points: Relevant qualifications in Tourism/Hospitality Management or Commercial Cookery (desirable) and a current RSA (required) and Food handling certificate (required).
