Job Description
Be a part of our dynamic Card Data & Analytics Team where your quantitative analytical skills will drive our marketing product and channel strategies. This role offers career growth and the opportunity to work with senior leadership to optimize marketing programs.
As a Quant analytics senior associate within the Card Data & Analytics Team Member within our credit card organization you will develop and execute quantitative analytical solutions. Your role will be crucial in driving analytics to support Card core lending programs. You will work in a fast-paced environment synthesizing large data sets into actionable insights for senior leadership and strategic partners.
Collaborate with business partners to map business goals into optimized marketing programs through quantitative analysis customer profiling and segmentation analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic projects leveraging quantitative analytics to generate actionable business insights and influence strategies.
- Complete complex analytical projects end-to-end from project proposal to presenting results to Senior Leadership.
- Set expectations and manage priorities to meet commitments.
- Partner closely with business partners to identify impactful projects and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build strong communications to effectively convey analytical findings and recommended actions.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Masters degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g. Statistics Economics Finance Business Analytics Mathematics Engineering Computer Science).
- 2 years of industry experience in business analytics roles.
- 2 years of experience with analytics platforms languages and tools (SAS SQL Spark Python Unix Excel Pivot).
- Strong communicator able to convey complex information persuasively.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge in quantitative methods for business analytics.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Financial services especially Credit Card experience preferred
