Responsibilities:
- Migrate test and maintain direct integrations using JavaScript and frameworks like React.
- Create seamless effective user interfaces tailored to the needs of cloud-based platform
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in front-end development to ensure smooth application performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of development workflows code changes and configurations.
- Provide technical assistance and training to end-users as required.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of JavaScript experience especially with React framework.
- Understanding of web technologies like HTML CSS and RESTful APIs.
- Practical experience with application integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or related field.
Nice to have:
- Experience with contact center solutions.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with and/or jQuery.
