Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented proactive Escrow Assistant to support our escrow team in all aspects of the closing process. A Texas escrow license is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized customer-focused and ready to grow in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Escrow Officer(s) throughout the escrow process
- Open and process new escrow orders
- Order title commitments HOA documents payoffs surveys and other closing documentation
- Prepare closing documents and packages for review
- Assist with scheduling signings and coordinating with all parties
- Maintain communication with buyers sellers agents and lenders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Perform post-closing tasks including disbursements and policy issuance
Requirements:
- Prior escrow title or real estate experience preferred
- Texas Escrow License preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Proficiency in title/escrow software (e.g. SoftPro RamQuest Resware) is a plus
