Job Description

This role is more than policies and paperwork - its about cultivating a culture where employees are valued empowered and given every opportunity to succeed. Youll be wearing many hats - recruiter onboarding specialist leave administrator and employee engagement champion. Youll welcome new employees and volunteers guide them through their first day and be a trusted point of contact throughout their journey with us.
Youll coordinate performance reviews ensure employment law compliance and help identify career path opportunities that encourage people to stay and grow. Youll also serve on our Safety Committee and support our teams by identifying and addressing personal and professional barriers - because our goal is for everyone to thrive.
Our tools of the trade include Applicant Pro/Isolved SkillSurvey Paycom Relias and more. Familiarity with these systems (or the ability to learn quickly) will help you hit the ground running.

What You Bring
Youre a professional with a heart for people and a mind for detail. Youre organized approachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced mission-driven environment. You understand the importance of compliance confidentiality and communication. Youre ready to take initiative offer ideas and help drive our team forward.
You bring:
- A degree in HR or Business Administration or 3 years of HR experience with a SHRM-CP.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- A track record of strong communication time management and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (or the ability to learn them quickly).
- A valid drivers license and safe driving history.
