Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel MS Word and Email
- Candidates with recruitment experience is a must
- Candidates residing in Virar Naigaon Nalasopara Bhayander Mira Road or Vasai preferred
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday9 hrs flexible shift(3 Saturdays off in a month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing resumes and applications
- Conducting initial telephonic screenings and scheduling interviews
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
- Client coordination and relationship management
- Negotiation and candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle
