Your role and responsibilities
Davies Veterinary Specialists is currently recruiting for a full time Client Finance Administrator that reports to the Finance Manager to assist in the day to day running of our busy referral centre.
You must be able towork as a team as well as independently supporting our clients patients and clinical teams in our busy is a rewarding and challenging role that will require teamwork and dedication.
Key roles include:
- Reconciliation of Daily Takings.
- Billing and Finance support covering sales charges and payments.
- Assessing and submitting Insurance Claims in a timely manner along with
- Reviewing accounts and clinical history to assist our clients who require a direct claim.
- Assisting clients with general finance and insurance queries including guiding policyholders on how to proceed with the insurance claim and keeping them always informed both verbally and in writing.
- Ensuring prompt and accurate payment of insurance shortfalls along with excess and co-payment liabilities.
- Credit control for outstanding payments Insurance shortfalls and Payments direct from Insurers.
- Telephone and face to face discussions with our clients.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. Saturday working on rota basis (Approximately 1 in 6-8 weeks).
