Were looking for a Customer Renewals Associate to join our dynamic team at IRIS Software Group. In this role youll be working with our existing customer base supporting them through the renewal journey resolving any issues and helping them get the most from our products.
What youll be doing:
Managing a portfolio of existing customers guiding them through their renewal process
Building strong relationships to drive satisfaction loyalty and long-term retention
Proactively identifying at-risk accounts and working to reduce churn
Collaborating with internal teams including Sales Customer Success and Product
Providing accurate renewal forecasts and maintaining detailed CRM records
Spotting opportunities for upsell or cross-sell and passing leads to the relevant teams
What were looking for:
Previous experience in customer service renewals account management or retention
Confident communicator youre great at building rapport and managing tricky conversations
Organised and proactive with great attention to detail
Driven by targets outcomes and keeping customers happy
Bonus points for experience working in the software/SaaS industry

Were running an in-person assessment centre for this role at our Slough office. Its a great opportunity to meet the team get a feel for our culture and show us who you are beyond your CV. The session will include group tasks a short interview and some fun challenges designed to bring out your strengths!
Our next assessment centre is scheduled for week commencing 4th August between 10:00am 2:30pm so please ensure youre available this week (It will only be on one of the days
