The Position
- Clearing tables
- Loading and unloading service trolleys - glassware cutlery plates and crockery
- Clean all public areas and back-of-house areas
- Clean and maintain washrooms toilets and showers.
- Wash dishes and glassware
- Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated
- Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturers instructions
The Person
- Have an absolute can do attitude.
- You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Understanding of food safety requirements
- Ability to work under pressure
- Punctual reliable and trustworthy
- Safety mindset
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance
