We are searching for a talented Cardiac RN Team Lead-Patient Care Services for our newly established Procedural Recovery Unit (PRU).
This nine-bed unit supports same-day recovery for patients undergoing cardiovascular electrophysiology and interventional radiology procedures and is integrated with eight procedure bays in our advanced Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Lab Suite.
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift 4-10hr days (7:00am - 5:30pm) Monday through Friday rotating day off
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River MA

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
- A minimum of three years related work experience is required; Cardiac Critical Care required cardiac pre and post procedure preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
- Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize technology to document evaluate and manage patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated organizational coordination and time management skills.
- Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal customer service and communication skills.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
