Job Description
Honda North an International Cars Ltd. Inc. Company is looking for a detail-oriented person who enjoys talking on the phone for our Service Business Development Center. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starting professional who wants a career opportunity in the automotive industry. This position is located at our Danvers MA operation. The Business Development Representative is in charge of the prospecting functions of the dealerships. This person will be responsible for ensuring that phone and service leads are followed up in a timely and professional manner. They are responsible setting appointments and following up with unsold service traffic. They will maintain a relationship with our customer base via e-mail and by phone to increase the dealership sales. This position does not require cold calls.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer focused with a friendly demeanor
- Flexible schedule to cover store hours including weekends
- Must have a valid drivers license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
