Are you passionate about optimizing HR processes and ensuring consistency in job analyses Join our dynamic team as a Position Assessment Manager! In this role you will administer job analyses develop proposals to enhance efficiencies and work closely with subject matter experts (SME) to create structured interview processes and proficiency assessment tools. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and validating employment assessments and ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.
This role will also be responsible for the updating and maintenance of the agencys position descriptions (PD) and class plans. Ensuring that the job duties and knowledge skills abilities (KSAs) are appropriately aligned with the classification and PDs meet the Department of Administrative Services technical formatting standard.

ALL ANSWERS TO THE SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUPPORTED BY THE WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PROVIDED ON YOUR CIVIL SERVICE APPLICATION.
Unless required by legislation the selected candidate will begin at Pay Grade 14 Step 1 of the Exempt Pay Range Schedule ($39.22 per hour) with an opportunity for pay increase after six months ($41.46) of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
EDUCATIONAL TRANSCRIPT REQUIREMENTS:
Official educational transcripts are required for all post-high school educational accomplishments coursework or degrees claimed on the application. Applicants will be required to submit an official transcript prior to receiving a formal offer of employment. Failure to provide transcripts within 5 working days of being requested will cause the applicant to be eliminated from further consideration.
Please note that a transcript is considered official only if it is an original copy from the educational institution and includes an institutional watermark ink stamp or embossed stamp. Transcripts printed from the institutions website will not be accepted. ODH reserves the right to assess the academic credibility of an educational entitys award of a putative degree.

The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. 4 yrs. human resources.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources business or public administration AND 24 mos. human resources which included 12 mos. supervisory &/or management principles & techniques.
-Or 12 mos. exp. as Human Capital Management Senior Analyst 64613.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
