The intervention specialist is responsible for
developing and providing academic instruction for studentswith special needs in an off-site non-public facility.
creating and implementing service plans
aiding academic achievement of students
collaborating with the general education teacher andproviding accommodations in the general education classroom
creating and implementing intervention plans and recordingstudent progress including progress notes.
Communicate with classroom teachers parents families andother stakeholders.
