Now were hiring a Lead UX Designer to define and drive our user experience strategy across guest- and team-facing platforms.

Your Impact
- Lead user research journey mapping and persona development to uncover insights across multiple user types
- Translate complex workflows into elegant UX flows wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Define and maintain Vacatias evolving design system and UI patterns for consistency and scale
- Conduct usability testing to validate ideas and inform continuous improvements
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and analysts to deliver user-centered solutions
- Champion UX best practices and mentor junior designers to elevate design maturity
- Balance multiple priorities while upholding high standards for clarity inclusivity and user empathy
What You Bring
- 5 years of UX design experience ideally in eCommerce and travel
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HCI or a related field
- A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and user research
- Expertise with Figma prototyping tools and responsive/mobile-first design
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards UX analytics tools and design systems
- Excellent communication storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bonus: Experience with AI-enhanced UX personalization engines or internal/admin dashboards
