Job Description

About the role

We need a forward-thinking Organisational Development Specialist to help us grow from the inside out.

Youll partner with teams across the business to design and deliver innovative Learning & Development (L&D) and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) initiatives. From rolling out learning programs to championing cultural inclusion youll be at the heart of shaping a thriving future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate learning experiences -in-person online or blended.
  • Work with leaders and teams to identify development needs and co-create solutions across L&D and I&D programs of work
  • Evaluate the impact of initiatives and provide data-driven insights.
  • Execute key elements of our I&D strategy from inclusive policy review to establishing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Work across L&D and I&D projects ensuring alignment to business goals.
  • Complete reporting to meet internal and external requirements using our LMSand other systems.

What Youll Bring

  • A degree in HR or a related field with a strong background or interest in L&Dand/or I&D.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering programs that drive real business outcomes.
  • Confidence in consulting with stakeholders diagnosing needs and managing projects end to end.
  • Strong experience in a HR/P&C team and a desire to develop your career
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to offer creative scalable solutions.
