Job Summary
The Lead CSA Engineer will manage all Civil Structural and Architectural engineering activities for Aluminum industry projects as part of the Owners Team. This role spans the full project lifecyclefrom Basic Engineering through EPCM/EPC execution and commissioning. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise leadership and a strong commitment to safety quality and collaboration in a multicultural environment.
This position will be based on site in Greenville SC.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Civil Structural or Architectural Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or higher preferred.
Minimum 15 years of engineering experience with at least 5 years focused on capital projects.
Proven experience in project risk management and international engineering standards.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects in multicultural environments.

Deep knowledge of CSA engineering practices design principles and international codes and standards.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
