Casual Hourly Rate: HEW 5 - $54.57 per hour
Employment Type: Casual
Location: Melbourne Burwood Campus
About the role
Were looking for a detail-oriented and reliable casual staff member to support our Admissions team during a peak workload period.
Duration: 6 weeks (starting early August)
Location: Flexible - Burwood Campus
Hours: 22.05 hours per week
To be successful youll have:
- Proven experience working in a high-volume processing environment
- Admissions experience is essential
- Experience in graduate research or research administration (highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and follow established processes
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Triage graduate research applications
- Review submissions for completeness
- Identify and flag applications that require further information
- Assist with data entry and tracking as needed
