Role Overview
Opportunity for a HR BP to join a reputable business and work with a highly motivated and developmental focused Head of HR and carve the way for a clear succession plan. Career-defining opportunity to join a reputable and national Agriculture business as part of a high performing HR Team. Report directly to the Head of Human Resources this is a high-impact and strategic role with the opportunity to work with and add HR value to your internal stakeholders.
Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business goals and develop support and implement HR strategies that support these goals.
Responsibilities
Candidate Profile
You are a results-driven HR professional with a strong focus on effective safety leadership promoting hazard reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. You bring a solid understanding of HR principles across talent acquisition performance and talent management employee relations remuneration and benefits and employment law. Youre known for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives supported by strong business acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You have a proven ability to build trusted relationships across all levels and sites with well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills. Youre experienced in managing complex employee relations issues investigations and conflict resolution and confident in leading and supporting change. You work proactively and collaboratively with a strong solutions-focused mindset. Youre also highly proficient in HR systems performance tools and analytics and flexible to travel to regional and rural areas on a bi-monthly basis.
