The Role
As our Hotel Reception Manager youll be the face of our hotel and the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations. You will lead a team of Hotel receptionists ensure smooth day-to-day operations and be the go-to person for guests and team alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee front desk operations ensuring seamless check-ins check-outs and guest services
Mentor support and lead the reception team to consistently deliver exceptional service
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
Manage bookings room allocations and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Monitor performance manage schedules and implement service improvements
Maintain high standards of presentation and customer care in the reception area
