Hire Direct Inc. is actively seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to become part of a well-established growing manufacturing company in the West Bend Wisconsin this role you will be instrumental in supporting safety production and quality by ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical equipment. You will troubleshoot repair perform preventive maintenance and provide technical support for machinery and systems.

Work Schedule:
3rd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (2/2/3 Schedule).
Compensation:
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience and assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and repair machinery including pneumatic hydraulic electrical and mechanical systems.
Comply with all standard operating procedures safety regulations FDA standards and cGMP requirements.
Troubleshoot and maintain equipment such as PLCs (Siemens) Extrusion Blow Molding Machines Stretch Blow Molding Machines Kuka Palletizers Dyco Palletizers Stretch Machines and Conveyor Systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine and equipment operation.
Read assembly drawings schematics and equipment layouts for accurate repairs.
Experience & Qualifications:
2-5 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
Solid understanding of PLC diagnostics troubleshooting and repair (Siemens preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in electrical systems.
Familiarity with hydraulics pneumatics mechanical drives motors and rotors.
