Job Description
What are the Top 3 skills required to fill this role
Deep understanding of Agile concepts and ceremonies SCRUM Kanban and SAFe.
Collaboration with Product Owners to define the MVP and prioritize the backlog. Focus on delivering through iterative releases.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and backlog refinement user story mapping and workshops.
Translate business needs into clear testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog in alignment with business goals.
Acts as a bridge between the development QA design and business teams.
Lead discussions gather feedback and make sure of common shared understanding.
Skilled at documentation and visualization of process into workflows and wireframes
Developing test plans test strategies and test cases.
Any certification is required SAFe Agile and CBAP are a plus
Financial domain experience is required or not No
ITSCD- Digital Engagement any exposure to AEM is a nice to have
