Job Title : Senior Business Systems Analyst I2C AI Automation & LLMs
Job Type : C2C
Experience : 8-16 years
Location : San Jose California (On-Site)
Responsibilities :
- 8-10 years of IT Analyst experience with skill sets to analyze translate and communicate business requirements back to the development team through BRDs detailed process flows diagrams use cases and user stories
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams from the requirements elicitation stage through the implementation of the software solution
- Subject Matter Expert in Invoice to Cash Process with Finance domain background.
- Act as a liaison between the architect team and IT to understand the needs of the solution/frameworks documenting and communicating their solution and functional requirements directing solution process flows to the development team.
- Good understanding of Python OOPs concepts Multithreading etc. with understanding of ETL pipeline to extract parse and store PDF data from SharePoint into Oracle using Python.
- Exposure to integrating LLMs to process extracted data and optimize structured storage.
- Design and optimize Oracle database schemas for storing parsed content and chat interactions.
- Advocate response validation mechanisms to ensure LLM responses are accurate.
- Optimize system performance for large-scale document processing & exposure to intelligent document processing with multilingual & multiple data formats
- Collaborate with AI Engineers data engineers and AI researchers to deploy and maintain the system.
- EX Cisco experience.

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
