Project Manager K-12 Education Systems
Location: Baltimore MD
Schedule: Full-Time (Hybrid On-Site);
Client: Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to join the Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) system. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in educational systems particularly within K 12 environments. While the position is primarily hybrid in Baltimore remote arrangements may be considered for outstanding candidates at a competitive rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full project lifecycles ensuring delivery on time and within scope
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders across technical and educational departments
- Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Track and report project performance metrics
- Prepare detailed project status reports for leadership
- Delegate tasks manage priorities and ensure quality standards
- Coordinate and communicate with business data and IT teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Bachelors degree (required)
- PMP certification (preferred)
Technical Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to interpret complex data structures
- Experience with Azure SQL environments (as a user)
- Knowledge of data analytics and related reporting tools
- Strong familiarity with Office 365 applications
- Prior experience in K 12 school system environments highly desirable
