Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the Wealth Planning client management system; identify and resolve discrepancies.
Collect and compile data from various sources to generate timely and accurate business reports.
Design and prepare visually compelling PowerPoint presentations aligned with organizational branding guidelines.
Manage and update internal Wealth Planning web pages by uploading/removing documents and content as required.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align deliverables with business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Professional & Technical:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with related tools is a plus.
Experience in business support project coordination or reporting within a financial services or global corporate environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Experience working in virtual teams; flexibility to align with Swiss working hours as needed.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
