Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for CRM MS Dynamics within the banking domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing to validate CRM functionalities.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and document defects providing detailed reports using defect tracking tools.
  • Assist in data migration testing to ensure the integrity and accuracy of transferred data.
  • Integrate testing efforts with ongoing Agile development cycles.
  • Provide input on enhancements and optimizations for CRM system performance.
  • Develop automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
  • Participate in requirements workshops to help shape CRM functionalities.
  • Monitor and analyze test results to communicate findings effectively.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for any issues arising during testing phases.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to coordinate system integrations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM systems.
  • Train end-users and provide support during the CRM rollout.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in testing CRM MS Dynamics solutions especially in banking.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and customer management systems.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality assurance.
  • Experience in data migration testing procedures and best practices.
  • Proficiency in writing detailed test cases and scenarios.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB) are a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing tools.
