Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telly Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services generate leads or resolve customer queries over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
- Inform customers about products/services and explain benefits.
- Generate and maintain leads update CRM or call logs.
- Follow up on previous interactions for closures or feedback.
- Handle customer queries objections or complaints professionally.
- Maintain call records and daily reports.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any graduate.
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional Language.
- Confident polite and professional phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel CRM tools etc.).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in telemarketing/sales/customer service.
- Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during difficult calls.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
