Job Duties
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Under broad direction responsible for working with the Product Development & Commercialization team to deliver industry leading bit designs.
Coordinates the cross-functional resources required to realize the full value of new product introductions.
Conducts internal training on a new product product standards and develops training plans and documentation.
Establishes communication and support networks and develops and implements both internal and external communication plans.
Develops commercialization plans target customers and case histories.
Provides operational and sales needs and inputs focused product development (FPD) and marketing plans.
Coordinates FPD manufacturing and deployment actions implements performance measures system and creates enthusiasm for new products.
Qualifications:
Requires an undergraduate degree and detailed technical knowledge and application of products in the PSL and companyrequired training.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in BD operations and/or technology.
This position will require traveling both domestic and international.
Candidates with qualifications exceeding the minimum job requirements will be considered for higher-level positions based on their experience additional job requirements and current business needs. Depending on their education experience and skill level candidates may be eligible for a range of job opportunities including positions ranging from Product Champion to Senior Product Champion.
