Acquire new clients and meet monthly quarterly and yearly sales targets
Develop extensive company and industry knowledge through OSI learning and development
Keep current prospect list up to date and execute account management strategies to foster new relationships
Ensure CRM is fully up to date on a daily basis
Participate in sales and networking initiatives tradeshows and other industry events as required throughout the sales year
Participate in annual sales / marketing strategic planning sessions
Develop new business relationships to expand market presence (direct and brokers) on a daily basis
Respond to request for proposals (RFP) with the support of Marketing Review RFPS and develop pricing strategies.
Deliver prompt proposals to prospects and brokers and Co-ordinate and assist in delivering winning finalist presentations to prospects and negotiate client contracts and review LOA prior to client delivery
Expand the services of existing clients through account management strategies
Network in key target communities i.e. Human Resources on a monthly basis
Work with Marketing to develop sales campaigns including hosting broker and industry events and networking to build visibility on a quarterly basis
Coordinate deployment of client programs and implementations
Provide accurate Sales to Ops transition assistance to ensure understanding of client
Design and deliver sales seminars with support from Marketing team
Share success strategies with the team on regular sales huddles and participate in regular sales and marketing meetings.
Work as part of the team providing feedback to Operations and IT as requested

The ability to implement strategies and key initiatives to secure new business
Key strengths in networking and building relationships with customers and decision makers with confidence
3-5 years of previous B2B sales experience
5-8 years of previous experience in sales
Previous experience in selling Disability Management Health and Wellness EAP or other HR services would be considered a strong asset
Demonstrated business skills related to sourcing new leads including cold calling / hunting for new business building relationships presenting and selling services to various industries and management levels building a strong sales funnel
Experience selling and presenting to C-Suite level connections
Strong CRM experience would be considered an asset
Strong computer software skills especially MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Bilingual in English and French would be considered an asset
Previously established network of Human Resources Professional and C-Suite level connections
