Job Description
As a Collections Representative youll be the reassuring voice for individuals navigating their vehicle financing offering support and solutions over the phone. Having the ability to navigate sensitive financial discussions will be valued. Join us to be a key player in a team that values clear communication and genuine assistance to resolve account delinquency. This position is ideal for someone adept at negotiating and crafting payment solutions that are mutually beneficial for both the customer and our organization.
Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with customers to discuss and negotiate tailored repayment plans for outstanding debts
Monitor overdue accounts to determine and execute necessary recovery actions
Report on collection activities and the status of accounts receivable
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset
Computer proficiency
