Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to oversee on-site project execution and ensure technical compliance with structural and architectural specifications. The candidate must have a background in Civil Engineering or Building Technology with experience in managing site operations interpreting drawings and team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities
Interpret and implement project drawings and specifications
Ensure strict adherence to health safety and environmental standards
Manage labour teams contractors and materials on-site
Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports
Monitor project timelines and address technical issues as they arise
Liaise with architects consultants and project managers for smooth execution
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Building Technology
- Minimum of 2 years experience in site supervision or engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
- Proficient in MS Project AutoCAD or other construction-related tools
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
