Mission Overview
The organization is looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Boards Expert & Coach to redesign standardize and guide the effective use of Azure DevOps Boards across teams. The goal is to align agile practices KPI tracking and executive reporting within a harmonized and user-friendly framework.
Key Responsibilities
Audit the current usage of Azure DevOps Boards and propose a standardized configuration using native templates
Define usage guidelines and secure buy-in from technical and functional teams
Implement performance KPIs (e.g. burndown charts velocity tracking project comparisons) and automate reporting
Train and coach teams on understanding and generating these reports
Lead change management efforts and assess migration needs for existing data
Expected Deliverables
A fully documented Azure DevOps Boards model
User guides and training videos
Ready-to-use KPI dashboards
Validated migration plan with deployment calendar
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Expert Level
Azure DevOps configuration & board design
Agile metrics implementation (burn-down velocity etc.)
Analytics Views & Power BI reporting integration
Change management within IT environments
Training coaching and facilitation of Agile teams
Coaching & Communication
Proven experience in coaching teams and facilitating adoption of new practices
Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
Strong communication skills in French Dutch and English
Requirements
Expert-Level Requirements
Certification(s) in Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Master PSPO)
Extensive hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards and KPIs
Proficiency in Power BI and Azure DevOps Analytics Views
Expertise in organizational change and process improvement
Coach-Level Requirements
Strong pedagogical skills and experience delivering training
Ability to guide teams through adoption of new tools and practices
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
Multilingual communication (FR/NL/EN) for broad organizational reach
Vereisten Kennis van: Overheidsopdrachten Middenniveau (ervaring mag van eender wanneer zijn) Office-vaardigheden: Gevorderd niveau (ervaring dit jaar opgedaan) Talen: Nederlands: moedertaal of tweetalige beheersing Frans: basiskennis
