Location: Culpeper & Fauquier Counties Virginia
Company: SERVPRO of Culpeper & Fauquier Counties
- Conduct onsite inspections of property damage (water fire mold storm etc.)
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates using Xactimate or similar software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners insurance adjusters and commercial clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Collaborate with our production and office teams to ensure job success
- Previous experience in restoration construction estimating or related sales roles
- Knowledge of Xactimate software preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent communication organization and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
