Job Description

Hush Homes Limited is seeking a result-driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities closing deals managing client relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive professional with strong networking and persuasive skills capable of driving real estate sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive property sales through various channels including referrals site inspections social media and direct marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate property solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales officers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Provide clients with guidance on market conditions prices legal requirements and related matters.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the entire sales process from inquiry to closing.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years proven sales experience in real estate.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong presentation and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field preferred.
