Theopportunity

We are currently seeking highly motivated people for our Technology Consulting practice which is a leading provider of services to financial industry and large corporate clients of all industries.

As an IT Professional you will contribute technical insight to client engagements and internal projects as well as supervise more junior members of the team in Greece and line with EYs commitment to quality you will ensure that your work is of the highest quality.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Excellent academic background including at a minimum a bachelors and preferably a masters degree in Computer Engineering Software Engineering Information Technology/Systems or another related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication presentation client service and technical writing skills in both Greek and English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Specifically the candidate should demonstrate strong software development skills:
  • 2 years of experience in React library
  • Familiarity with both JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages.
  • Proven experience in web development with technologies like HTML CSS jQuery JSON and XML.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and Material.
  • Experience with CSS and CSS preprocessors.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile design.
  • Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and Services
  • Working knowledge of versioning and source control systems.

• Any of the following will also be considered an asset
  • Relevant experience in building mobile apps with React Native
  • Relevant working experience in the implementation of IT systems including analysis design implementation integration and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Figma design tool
  • Working experience with at least one RDMS (SQL Server Oracle Database MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB).
  • Experience in application development using Framework Java or Python
