Job Title: RESIDENTIAL SALES VALUER / LISTER ESTATE AGENT
Location: Kentish Town NW5
Salary: OTE 50k per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

We are working on behalf of a reputable and successful independent estate agency in Kentish Town that is looking to recruit a professional Sales Valuer / Lister.
This role requires someone with strong residential sales and valuation experience excellent client-facing skills and the ability to convert market appraisals into instructions. The position would suit a confident and driven individual who is keen to take ownership of listing activity and contribute to overall business growth.
Candidates with solid Sales Negotiation experience and a desire to move into a more senior valuation-focused role will also be considered.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions
- Building strong relationships with potential vendors
- Promoting the company brand with confidence and professionalism
- Increasing the agencys local market share
- Supporting the sales team to ensure smooth property launches and handovers
- Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Meeting personal and branch performance targets
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Residential estate agency experience is essential
- Strong valuation and listing track record
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Confident sales and closing ability
- Strong knowledge of the Northwest London property market
- Well-presented articulate and professional
- Motivated target-driven and commercially minded
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required
