About the role:
Were proud to act as Strategic Adviser to GCs CLOs and Legal Operations Leaders in some of the worlds largest organisations.
The Legal Department Transformation Director will serve as a pivotal leader in PwC UK focusing on the expansion and enhancement of our presence in this space.
The role is situated within a challenging landscape:
AI is disrupting the legal profession and making it harder to define what it means to be a lawyer.
Legal functions are being asked to focus on delivering business value in an era of increasing regulatory complexity.
The legal services market is increasingly complex with the rise of ALSPs and AI Integrated Providers.
The fragmented nature of the industry requires a deep understanding of client relations and the ability to handle complex negotiations aiming for incremental revenue growth across multiple clients.
What your days will look like:
You will be shaping and developing our strategy and offering across Legal Department Consulting bringing together our operating model strategy technology and value transformation propositions.
Originate close and lead delivery of significant transformation projects within the practice.
Collaborate across XLoS areas such as Risk Deals and alliances to strengthen PwC UKs eminence and visibility in the sector.
Cultivate and maintain deep industry ties leveraging them for client acquisitions and to maintain a competitive edge.
This role is for you if:
You are a highly collaborative leader with ability to manage cross-functional teams with an intimate understanding and credibility the legal space.
You have proven experience at the director level with demonstrated capability in the sector with an ability to initiate and sell with a demonstrable network across senior legal and legal operations leadership.
Strong ability to build and nurture relationships quickly displaying maturity in industry knowledge
Self-starter proactive and action oriented with an innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strategic thinker with a record of driving consulting projects that increase revenue and transform operations.
Familiarity with enterprise technologies and consulting programmes specifically within finance sales and marketing operations.
