You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the veterinary sector specifically targeting the livestock industry (bovines and porcines) who will oversee commercial operations across key regions of Colombia: Cundinamarca Boyac Eje Cafetero Magdalena Medio Sucre and Bol var. This person will lead a team of sales professionals coordinate with distributors and ensure the successful promotion and sale of the companys veterinary product portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a Veterinarian with a strong commercial background who thrives in leadership roles and enjoys fieldwork alongside clients and distributors. This role involves strategic planning team supervision direct client engagement and performance monitoring to drive regional growth and meet ambitious sales objectives.
Lead and supervise the regional commercial team providing guidance training and motivation to achieve sales targets
Develop and execute commercial strategies and market plans tailored to each zone under your responsibility
Manage relationships with distributors ensuring optimal distribution and sales coverage of the companys portfolio
Monitor sales performance indicators (KPIs) identify gaps and implement corrective actions to meet and exceed goals
Provide technical-commercial support to producers and clients through field visits fostering long-term business relationships
Collaborate with the General Management to align regional activities with corporate objectives
Degree in Veterinary Medicine (mandatory)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the livestock (bovine and swine) sector
Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams
In-depth knowledge of Colombias livestock market dynamics and distribution channels
Excellent communication skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
Availability to travel frequently within the assigned regions for fieldwork and distributor coordination
