You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Agent to join our growing this role you will provide exceptional support to our clients by assisting them with their personal insurance needs. With your expertise in Account Management Systems such as EZ Link and your knowledge of Personal Lines you will make sure that our clients receive personalized service accurate policy information and smooth resolutions to their questions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to clients by responding to inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction with personal insurance policies.
- Manage daily account-related tasks through AMS like EZ Link and maintain accurate records in compliance with company standards.
- Assist with policy renewals endorsements and claims processing in conjunction with underwriters and carriers for Personal Lines
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet client needs and support company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows.
- Educate clients on policy details coverage options and changes to their existing insurance products.
- Maintain compliance with all federal state and organizational insurance regulations and guidelines.
Day-to-day
Your daily activities will include but are not limited to:
- Interacting with clients via phone email or face-to-face meetings to address their insurance-related concerns.
- Processing policy changes renewals and endorsements with precision and efficiency.
- Organizing and updating client files and reports in AMS platforms like EZ Link
- Communicating with insurance carriers to ensure timely underwriting or claims resolution.
- Staying up to date on new products services and regulations in the insurance industry to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to achieve personal growth and contribute to the companys success.
