Job Description

The New Car Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. You will oversee the sales process from start to finish and ensure that customers have a positive experience when purchasing a new car. This role requires strong leadership deep knowledge of Ford products and the ability to execute innovative data-driven strategies in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am 7:00pm rotating evenings and Saturdays. Hours and schedule may vary.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the new car sales team by setting goals providing coaching and fostering a high-performance environment
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge customer service and effective selling techniques
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to keep pricing promotions and inventory competitive
  • Introduce innovative ideas to improve efficiency enhance the customer experience and increase overall sales
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to share updates review results and reinforce best practices
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads follow-ups and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies industry regulations and legal requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process
  • Assist the Used Cars Department in completing trade appraisals
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with speed and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Must submit to a background check and drug test
  • Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior sales leadership
  • knowledge of dealership operations
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and dealership management systems
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive performance
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong customer service orientation
