Your future team:

As a Group Legal and Compliance Trainee youll be part of the international ROCKWOOL Group Legal and Compliance team supporting the business in more than 20 legal areas of responsibility. We work closely with local legal counsels and compliance managers across the ROCKWOOL Group.

You will closely collaborate with our team in Pozna.

What you will be doing:

As a Group Legal and Compliance Trainee you will support the ongoing work of the Group Legal and Compliance team by handling administrative and organizational tasks as well as assisting with the teams daily matters and various projects.

More specifically you will:

  • Work with and assist in the use of the contract management system
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts legal documents and legal information for other departments
  • Do legal research and substantive support in the teams ongoing matters
  • Participate in meetings with other departments
  • Participate in daily tasks and team projects

What you bring:

  • University background - ideally after second year of Law studies or in a related field
  • Availability to work at least 25h/week
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good familiarity with MS Office
  • Curious proactive and eager to learn
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Team player mindset
