You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for interpreting data analyzing results developing visualizations and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs develop analytical solutions and present findings in a clear and concise this role you will report to the Director of Analytics and Engineering.
Develop scripts and workflows to automate data collection and processing tasks.
Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends patterns and anomalies.
Apply statistical and analytical techniques to derive insights.
Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver actionable insights.
Validate data accuracy completeness and integrity.
Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
Implement data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms.
Partner with business units to define KPIs and metrics.
Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide decision support through ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling.
Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
Proficiency in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards reports and visualizations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Snowflake).
Experience with Healthcare is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience recommended.
Bachelors degree in computer science math statistics or a related field.
3-5 years of experience with programming languages (e.g. Python) and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
