Job Description

The Chief Communications Officer will work with the EVP Brand Engagement & Impact to develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that spans internal and external audiences overseeing internal communications media relations social media public affairs and work with the EVP to support executive communication.

What youll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that supports business objectives and aligns with corporate values.
  • Shape and implement compelling internal communications strategies that inform engage and connect employees across the organization including organizational change communications.
  • Drive proactive external communication strategies including media relations and public affairs working in partnership with key internal teams such as Community Impact and Legal.
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of social media engagement in partnership with the Marketing team.
  • Provide strategic communication support to senior executives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing corporate communications team.
  • Develop appropriate metrics to evaluate effectiveness of all communications strategies.
  • Day-to-day management of department budget.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in corporate communications execution and leadership.
  • Proven experience in leading communications strategy across internal and external channels.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills backed by strong message development storytelling and writing experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field required.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $169000 - $228000 along with eligibility to earn short-term and long-term incentive compensation. . Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience
