Structured Product Sales
The Advisors Asset Management Structured Products Specialist will work within our Distribution Division which will be a team environment focusing on new and existing client relationships to increase sales among our growing product lines across all asset classes. This sales specialist position will require strong collaboration with our internal and external wholesalers and will also provide exceptional customer service and financial services advice to client firms and its advisors.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides focused sales services to client firm representatives (financial advisors) in Structured Products (Market Linked Products)
- Profile financial advisors to obtain information that will assist the client in reaching stated objectives
- Wholesale and Distribute Structured Products to Broker Dealers & RIAs across the United States
- Maintain current knowledge of all markets and AAM analytics and market commentaries
- Work with Structured Products Trading & Origination to create new products and custom transactions for advisors
- Securities research economic reports and trend forecasting
- Create presentations to educate financial advisors on Market Linked CDs & Market Linked Notes
- Using AAM provided tools complete and present portfolio analytics to assist clients
- Position client portfolios to capitalize on current and upcoming market cycle conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service and financial services advice consistent with the client objectives
- Meet stated production goals as determined by the Sales Manager; Phone Email Meeting & Conference Metrics
- Ability to travel when needed
- Work within a Team Territory at AAM by providing leads internally to help grow other products distributed by AAM
- Work with AAMs Business Intelligence group to maximize your day to day process / task
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- 2 yrs experience in the Financial Services Industry Financial Technology Marketing and Sales
- Required Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Licensing: SIE Securities Industry Essentials Certification; FINRA Series 7 63 required
- In depth knowledge of Structured Products and Fixed Income Sales
- Strong Financial Markets acumen
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent oral and writtencommunications skills presentation experience a plus
- Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated abilities in time management; including managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines
- Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
- Proven experience working collaboratively improving productivity and implementing ideas
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) Power BI Bloomberg
- Internet Salesforce & CRM application systems
