Job Description

Burrow Global has an immediate need for an experienced Administrative Support / Document Control Clerk for a project with a petrochemical plant in Dayton TX.

Candidates for this position will be responsible for:

  • Tracking and loading MOCs notifications required by operations and engineering
  • Upload all notifications to Meridian software environment.
  • Track and upload Procedures Updates and engineering documents to Meridian
  • Maintain updated hard copies of procedures in the control room.
  • Upload and maintain batch tickets to a shared network drive organized for R&D and Eng access.
  • Maintain the documents pending to be updated and shared with engineering partner.
  • Enter production batch tickets in SAP needed for inventory control
  • Track inventory/cycle counts in coordination with the Inventory Clerk
  • Assist with month end inventory.
  • Assist with Operations Training scheduling and coordination.

Educational requirements

Associates degree preferred with 3-5 years document control experience supporting engineering and operations in a petrochemical or oil and gas environment.

Experience with Meridian or similar document control software system.

MS Office experience Data entry experience.

Active TWIC Card
