Job Description

Overview:
Renuity is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Employee Services Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our HR service ticketing system while providing exceptional support to employees across our divisions. This role will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries and ensure timely and accurate processing of core HR transactions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundational knowledge of HR practices an eagerness to learn and the ability to operate with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first line of support for incoming HR service desk tickets addressing a wide range of employee inquiries and requests.

  • Accurately process key HR transactions including I-9 verifications terminations promotions and internal transfers.

  • Monitor service desk activity to ensure timely resolution of tickets and escalate complex issues to the HR Service Desk Manager as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and employee interactions in accordance with internal policies and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other HR team members to support a seamless employee experience.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in an HR or employee support role.

  • Strong general knowledge of human resources policies procedures and best practices.

  • Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with ADP is a strong plus.

  • Strong attention to detail ability to multitask and a customer-service mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
