Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Registered Nurse-Clinic Care Coordinator. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Fort Defiance AZ 86504
Assignment Start Date: 8/11/2025
13 weeks Days 8-hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.To collaborate with support nursing staff and with providers for patient care.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have at least 3 years of Case Management experience
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- A valid AZ State RN license is required
- BLS/BCLS is required.
EMR System: RPMS experience preferred
Shift: M-F 8-5/730-430 no holidays no weekends. Maximum of 2 Days Call off (Unapproved RTO) during contract.
Float Requirement: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced/competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights phones etc
Business casual/scrubs are ok.
Orientation: Every other Monday only - If your traveler misses the compliance deadline they will be pushed to the next scheduled every other Monday
Charge Rates: travelers may be asked to work charge no additional charge will be paid
