Position: Aftermarket/Distribution Sales Specialist
Reports To: Senior Manager Sales
Location: Remote - MUST reside in territory
Territory: California Arizona and Nevada
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Aftermarket/Distribution Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and driving sales growth by pull-through business to our distribution channels for Residential & Commercial HVAC Commercial Refrigeration Pool Pump / Water Moving and General Industries market spaces in our Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment. This position reports to the District Sales Manager.
PES is one of three operating segments with approximately $1.7 Billion in revenue and produces electric motors variable speed controls and air moving solutions which are sold in the residential heating and ventilating water heating commercial refrigeration pump leisure water and other OEM and aftermarket products. Brands include Genteq motors as well as Fasco Elco DEC Star Leeson motors and blowers.
Responsibilities:
The Aftermarket/Distribution Sales Specialist will work as a subject matter expert and a champion for Regal Rexnord premium motors - Evergreen ECM replacement motors Century VGreen Evo variable speed pool pump motors Leeson Symax & Flex-in-1 Commercial motors
Working under the direction of a District Sales Manager creates excitement and opportunity with our Sales Professionals and our customers around converting contractor preference to Regal Rexnord solutions
Identifies opportunities including targeted geographies targeted contractors targeted Sales Professionals training and selling to all with the ultimate measure being pull-through sales growth
Achieve and maintain trust and confidence of all internal functions adding team value and achieving goals
Achieve annual objectives comprised of a sales objective contractor conversions contractor retention and contractor engagements
Participate in product and process training and Business Team Unit strategy/planning sessions as necessary
Maintain conduct in accordance with Regal Rexnords vision mission values initiatives and company policies
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Marketing Business Administration or relevant field experience
5 years industry sales experience with B2B accounts. (Sales performance & sales-driven targets)
Strong customer orientation with the ability to build executive-level relationships
Strong presentation verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Strong computer skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook & Teams)
Ability to work independently and remotely
Must reside in the territory- California Arizona and Nevada
Desired Qualifications:
Hunter winning mentality obsessed with success
Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and sales plan
Ability to lead and motivate team members & support Independent Manufacturers Representatives
HVAC/R industry experience experience as an HVAC contractor / technician
Experience working with 80/20 Policy Deployment methodologies and CRM is preferred
Pay Transparency:
Base Salary: $90000 - $120000
Target Bonus: 30%
Car Allowance: Included
