Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking an Administrative Assistant for The John Scott Dailey Florida Institute of Government - Boca Raton FL.

The Institutes primary mission is to forge closer government-university ties to address the needs of state regional and local governments and non-profit agencies. The IOG meets the needs of its constituents by coordinating training workshops for all levels of local government employees technical assistance services and policy conferences seminars and training workshops focusing on issues of public sector interest or concern.

High school diploma with 5 years of appropriate administrative experience required.



Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) Workday Canva and QuickBooks.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills essential to representing FAU and advancing the mission of the Institute of Government.

Salary:

$55000 - $57000 Annual salary.
