Salary: Casual - $32.30 an hour or Full time $50000 - $550000 superannuation (inc. NFP salary packaging)

genU is looking for a reliable and supportive General Hand work alongside our supported employees with disabilities while delivering top-notch garden and landscaping.

What youll do
- Pitch in with everyday gardening landscaping and outdoor jobs.
- Enjoy working out doors side by side with supported employees to get the job done.
- Take pride in creating high quality gardens and spaces.
- Contribute to a positive supportive and inclusive team culture.
What youll bring
- Reliable hands-on and happy working in a team environment.
- Practical reliable and happy to work in a team setting.
- Ability to guide and encourage people with disabilities at work.
- A positive can do attitude and an eagerness to learn.
(Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry well help guide you through this.)

- Experience in gardening landscaping or similar.
