The Opportunity
Dexus is seeking a Senior Manager Planning & Analysis to lead group-wide financial forecasting and strategic analysis. Reporting to the General Manager youll deliver insights that shape executive decisions support investor communications and guide long-term planning. This role offers high visibility and impact across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyse group forecasts focusing on value drivers
- Prepare strategic reports for Executive Committee and Board
- Support policy development through financial metric analysis
- Collaborate with Investor Relations on external reporting
- Develop 5-year forecasts and scenario plans with Strategy teams
- Assess financial impacts of investments and strategic decisions
About You
Youre a commercially minded finance professional with a strong analytical skillset and a collaborative forward-thinking approach. You thrive in dynamic environments communicate with clarity and are driven to deliver high-quality outcomes that create value. Youre curious adaptable and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Tertiary qualification in Finance Economics Business or a related field
- Proven experience in corporate finance FP&A or strategic planning ideally within real estate infrastructure or asset management
- Strong financial modelling analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead processes deliver complex projects and drive continuous improvement
